At Naqsh, every piece is handcrafted by skilled weavers with careful attention to detail. Since our products are customized to individual preferences, we do not offer returns on any items.
We sincerely request our customers to carefully review size, measurements, design, and colorbefore placing an order. As each product is tailored to your specifications, once an order is placed, it cannot be returned.
However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will carefully review the issue. Please note that we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
